Packing products consistently into POF bags
Insert products without forcing sharp corners into the bag. Keep the sealing area clean and use the approved closure process. If heat shrinking is part of the process, follow the film and equipment instructions and validate the product exposure. Inspect finished samples for seal quality, appearance and handling protection.
Prepare products and inserts before opening the bag so the operator can maintain a consistent sequence. Remove loose debris and protect sharp points where the approved method requires it. Check the bag for visible damage before inserting valuable goods.
Place the product in the agreed orientation and leave the closure area unobstructed. Do not pull the bag tight simply to make a marginal size fit. If the item repeatedly catches, review the bag dimensions and handling sequence.
Inspect the first completed packs after a bag or product change. Look for punctures at corners, trapped material in the seal and distortion after processing. Record the approved arrangement with a sample or photograph so later batches can be checked consistently.
Confirm your specification
Specify width, thickness, roll length or net material weight, core size, colour, packing, quantity and destination. Final dimensions and performance are confirmed by the sample and order.
